“Being confident of this very thing, that
He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the
day of Jesus Christ.” These words from scripture best describe
Aaron and Amanda Crabb. Tracing their steps, it is evident that
the providential hand of God began directing them toward where
they are now, even before they knew one another. Although their
work is not complete, they are living examples of God’s progressive
fulfilling of the good work He began.
Aaron and Amanda Crabb were married in October 2001 and birthed
Aaron and Amanda Crabb Ministries (AACM) in August 2007. Since
that time they have witnessed more
success than either ever imagined. Their most recent radio release, “Miracle,” from
their current recording, After the Rain, held a place in the top 20 on
Southern
Gospel charts for two months. The couple’s award nominations are too numerous
to name but include a recent Dove Award nomination for Inspirational
Album of
the Year. They have appeared on TBN’s Praise the Lord, TCT Alive,
and Daystar as well as various local programs across the nation. In the
midst of the above mentioned success, Aaron and Amanda solely focused on ministry;
souls far outweigh
awards to this powerful ministry duo. As a result, AACM has seen literally thousands
of souls won to the Kingdom of God since the beginning. They have also witnessed
miracles in the lives of those with and for whom they have prayed. In addition,
Aaron and Amanda have witnessed God’s miraculous power in their own lives.
Two of their greatest miracles are their children, Elijah David and Eva Lyn.
Both Aaron and Amanda share powerful testimonies. Aaron Crabb, who began his
ministry career on stage with his family, The Crabb Family, is passionate about
singing the message of the gospel, which shines through with every note. However,
Aaron is equally passionate about preaching the gospel and does so under a heavy
anointing that is able to break the barriers of bondage. Complimenting Aaron’s
anointing, Amanda also operates under a heavy anointing with a testimony of how
God can take one who is broken and give in return a complete life through Him.
In addition to singing and sharing the word, Amanda has done her share of television
hosting. Her resume includes Fresh Ground Faith, Gospel Insider (GMC), and
Faith
Café Refill. She currently hosts a video countdown titled On Solid
Rock for Family Net. Along with his other talents, Aaron adds his
ability to produce. He has had his hand in the production of several albums over
his lifetime, including
A Crabb Collection, The Walk, and Driven, all recorded by the Crabb Family. He
has also produced several other albums recorded by various artists. Both Aaron
and Amanda are exceptional songwriters with Aaron having begun writing during
his time with the Crabb Family and Amanda beginning more recently. Together they
wrote every song on their After the Rain recording.

Aaron
and Amanda are joined on stage by pianist and vocalist Blaine
Johnson from Sumiton, Alabama. Blaine joined the team June 2008
and brings a round sound to what they do. Whether he is playing
piano or singing the vocal, he does so with class. Aaron and
Amanda occasionally travel with a full band, bringing back a
bit of the sound to which Aaron grew accustomed while traveling
with his family.
No
matter if they are singing on the stage in front of thousands
or for only 20, this ministry team keeps in mind that they
really sing for an audience of one. They stand on the scripture
that
says, “If He be high and lifted up, He will draw all men
unto Him.” “If we do our part in lifting Him high,
those hurting people sitting in the audience will come to the
water that can refresh, renew and restore them. If they only
see AACM, they will leave the same way they came, but if they
see Jesus, they will leave with everything,” says Amanda
Crabb.
